摘  要:目的:观察在切牙切角缺损处牙本质粘固玻璃纤维桩,以增强树脂修复抗力及固位的临床疗效。方法:56例因龋或牙折导致切角缺损但未波及牙髓的上颌切牙(男36例,女20例;中切牙39颗,侧切牙17颗),随机分为使用纤维桩树脂修复组(A组)28颗牙,单纯树脂修复组(B组)28颗牙,统一评价标准后进行对比观察。结果:经2年随访观察,A组成功率96.43%,B组成功率78.57%,证明两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩作为局部固位装置,效果与金属牙本质钉相似,可以有效地增强切角树脂修复体的抗力与固位,同时避免金属材料的腐蚀和色差,体现了微创和美观的整体修复理念。Objective: To observe clinical effects of the incisor angle defect restoration by composite resin plus dentin bonded fiber-reinforced post. Method: 56 subjects with incisor fracture caused by caries or injury were involved in this study. All the teeth pulp were vital and randomly divided into group A of fiber post restorations, and Group B only resin restorations. The clinical effects were observed and compared according to the California Dental association (CDA, USA) e- valuation standards. Result: After 2 years observation, the successful rate of group A was much better than group B and with a statistical significance (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Glass fiber post as the local mechanical fixing device can enhance the resis- tance and retention of incisor angle resin restorations. It also can avoid corrosion of metal materials and color deficiency and embodies the concept of minimally invasive repair.
