摘 要:目的探讨3D MR减影技术的头部应用价值。方法 67例脑内占位病变患者分别行3D平扫和增强,增强的图像减平扫的图像得3D MRSI。67例病变分为两组:T1WI平扫高信号组(32例)和非高信号组(35例),比较两组原始图像和减影图像间对信号反应的差异改变,并进行统计学分析。结果 T1WI平扫高信号组(32例)显示在增强前后仅有15.62%能在常规图像反应出病变强化的信号改变,84.38%(27/32)在MR减影图像上能反映病灶强化,有统计学差异(P<0.05);T1WI非高信号组(35例)在常规和减影图像均能显示病变强化分别为93.72%(179/191)和94.24%(180/191),无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 3DMR减影对强化前后病灶显示在T1WI平扫高信号组优于常规图像,而在T1WI非高信号病变基本相一致。Objective to explore the applicaton value of 3D MR subtraction imaging technique in brain. Methods 3D MRIs (3D MR subtraction imaging) were obtained in 67 patients with brain lesion by using pre-T1WI and post-T1WI. 319 MR-SI was obtained by subtracting from post-T1WI 3D MR_Ira pre-T1WI 3D MRI. 67 patients were divided into two groups:one is lesion with hyper--signal on TIWI and another is non hyper-signal on T1WI.Different signal changes between two groups on traditional MRI (pre-T 1WI and post-T1WI) and its subtraction were compared and analyzed statistically, Results In hyper--signal (on T1WI) grbup (32 cases), only 15.62% enhanced lesions was displayed m the conventionalimage, and 84:38% (27/32) was showed reflect on 3D MR. subtraction image, significant difference between them (p〈0:05); In non hiper-signal group (35 cases), the enhanced lesions were displayed 93.72% (179/191) and 94.24% (180/191) by MR conventionJ and mbtracfion image, no significant difference (e〉0.05). Conclusion 3D MRSI is superior to traditional MR. on lesion hyper-'signal group on TIWI, and is the same as traditional MR on non lesion hyper-signal group on T1WI.
