腭侧带蒂结缔组织瓣在上前牙美学区的应用

摘　　要：选取38例上颌前牙区单牙缺失患者分成3组：对照组16例，常规植入种植体；实验组分为两组，一组为常规种植后二期手术时种植位点腭侧带蒂结缔组织瓣转瓣处理组14例；另一组为即刻种植组，8例。3组均于二期手术后2—3周行永久修复，并于永久修复完成时（基线期）及完成6个月后（随访期）应用Ftirhauser红色美学评分系统（PES）对种植体周围软组织进行评分。两实验组基线期或随访期评分均较对照组基线期或随访期高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两实验组基线期评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两实验组随访期评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；对照组、常规种植转瓣组和即刻种植组评分，其随访期均较基线期高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。38 patients were categorized into three groups according to different surgery procedure. 16 patients were chosen as the control group and received conventional dental implants. The other 22 patients were divided into 2 groups： 8 patients were given the immediate implant, the other 14 patients received the management of the palatal Pedicle tissue flap during secondary implant surgery, 2 -3 weeks later permanent prosthesis were given to the pa- tients. 6 months later, all patients were evaluated with Fiirhauser PES score system immediately after restoration separately. The PES score was significantly higher in the two test groups than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;in the base line phase the difference between the two test groups was no significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; in the following period the difference between the two test groups was not significant （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the PES score was significantly higher in the following period than that in the base line phase in all three groups.
