新癀片预防复杂拔牙术后并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察新癀片预防复杂拔牙术后出血、疼痛和感染等并发症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,术后均服用红霉素和甲硝唑,治疗组加服新癀片,对照组予安慰剂(淀粉片)。采用双盲法判断、比较2组拔牙术后并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组拔牙后出血、感染、疼痛的发生率均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新癀片在预防拔牙术后出血、感染和镇痛方面疗效显著,且使用安全、方便。Objective To observe the effect of Xinhuang tablets in preventing hemorrhaging,pain and infection after complicative teeth extraction. Methods 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 60 cases. Both groups were treated with erythromycin and metronidazole ,the treatment group was added with xinhuang tablets for treatment, while the control group was treated with placebo. The two groups＇complication was observed after teeth ex- traction by double blind method. Results The incidence rate of hemorrhage,infection, pain of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, there was significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xinhuang tablets have remarkable effect in preventing hemorrhaging, pain and infection after complicative teeth extraction, and is safe and convenient.
