中西医结合治疗不完全性肠梗阻30例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:60例不完全性肠梗阻患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例,两组均给予西医常规治疗,观察组另用健胃清肠合剂灌肠治疗。结果:总有效率观察组93.3%,对照组80.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上加用健胃清肠合剂治疗不完全性肠梗阻临床疗效确切,且安全性良好,无明显不良反应。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Jian wei qing chang mixture in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction. Methods ： 60 cases of incomplete intestinal obstruction patients were randomLy divided into two groups of 30 each.The control group was treated with Conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group was given the Jian wei qing chang mixture and Conventional western medicine treatment, each time 250mL, Once every three hours, 4-- 6 times a day. Compare two group total effective rate after treatment. Results ： The total effective rate of 93.3% in treatment group was higher than the control groups of 80.0% （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Jian wei qing chang mixture is an effective method of incomplete intestinal obstruction with no adverse reactions and is worth promoting.
