摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化的加速和市场竞争的日趋激烈,传统的采购模式已经不能满足我国新经济发展的需求。JIT采购可以提高市场供应链的需求响应速度,构筑整个供应链及各个节点企业的核心竞争力,同时减低库存成本,减少不必要的浪费。本文通过对比分析传统采购与JIT采购,指出两者之间的区别,提出JIT采购实施的具体步骤和环境要求。Along with the acceleration of global economic integration and the increasingly fierce market com-petition, the traditional purchasing mode cannot satisfy the needs of new economic development in China. The JIT purchasing can improve the response speed of market demand in supply chain, build core competitiveness for the entire supply chain and each node enterprise, and at the same time reduce inventory costs and wastes. Through a comparative analysis of traditional purchasing and JIT purchasing, this paper points out their differences and puts forward concrete steps on the implementation of JIT purchasing and relative environmental requirements.
