摘　　要：目的:探究IQGAP1对非小细胞肺癌细胞株PC14/B生物学行为的影响。方法:构建干扰IQGAP1的质粒,转染至PC14/B细胞株,体外增殖、迁移、侵袭实验观察下调IQGAP1表达后对非小细胞肺癌细胞株PC14/B生物学行为影响。结果:成功构建IQGAP1表达下调的细胞株RNAi-PC14/B。与转染空载体的细胞株相比,下调IQGAP1的表达能够抑制PC14/B细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力。结论:IQGAP1表达可能与肺癌转移相关。Objective：To study the effect of IQGAP1 on the behavior of the non - small cell lung cancer. Meth- ods ：The expression of IQGAP1 was down - regulated by RNA interence（RNAi） in PCI4/B and identify by RT - PCR and Western - blot. In colony - forming assay, viro scratch test, Transwell based methods were used to detect the effect of IQGAP1 on the proliferation, migration and invasion ability of non - small cell lung cancer cells. Results：The suc- cessful transfection was confirmed by RT - PCR and Western blot in PC14/B. Down regulation of IQGAP1 can de- crease proliferation ,migration and invasion potential in PC14/B cell lines. Conclusion：The expression of IQGAP1 is closely related to metastasis.
