甲状腺乳头状癌组织中MMP-9、趋化因子受体CXCR7表达的生物学意义

摘　　要：目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及趋化因子受体CXCR7在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达,探讨其表达在甲状腺乳头状癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测164例甲状腺乳头状癌、癌旁组织标本中MMP-9、CXCR7的表达,分析二者表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:在癌旁甲状腺组织中,MMP-9阳性表达率为11.0%(18/164),CXCR7表达阴性。在癌组织中,MMP-9及CXCR7高水平阳性表达于癌细胞胞浆。MMP-9和CXCR7阳性表达率分别为70.7%和65.2%,癌组织与癌旁组织中表达差异显著(P<0.05)。MMP-9、CXCR7表达与甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。MMP-9和CXCR7在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.234,P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9和CXCR7表达与甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移相关,参与了甲状腺乳头状癌的发展。Objective： To investigate expression and biological function of matrix metalloproteinase -9 （MMP - 9） and chemokine receptor CXCR7 in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods：The expression of MMP -9 and CXCR7 in 164 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and paracancerous tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. The asso- ciation between expression of MMP - 9 and CXCR7 expression and clinicopathological characteristics in papillary thy- roid carcinonma was analyzed. Results：In paracaneerous tissue ,positive expression rate of MMP -9 was 11.0%, but the expression of CXCR7 was negative. In papillary thyroid carcinoma, positive expression rates of MMP- 9 andCXCR7 were 70.7% and 65.2% , respectively. The expression of MMP -9 and CXCR7 correlated with lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of MMP -9 positively correlated with CXCR7 in papillary thyroid carcinoma （r = 0. 234, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The expression of MMP -9 and CXCR7 was related with lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid. MMP -9 and CXCR7 might be involved in the progression of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
