摘　　要：大连金州新区作为大连乃至辽宁的先导区，充分利用政策和区位优势，吸引大批日资企业落户，与日本企业界建立了良好的经贸关系。近年来，受全球经济不景气、日元大幅贬值等不利因素影响，日资企业发展面临诸多困难，影响到其业务发展后劲。为帮助日资企业摆脱经营困境，文章从合作研发提升产品竞争力、改善投资环境等方面提出相关对策建议。As a pioneering zone in Dalian City and even Liaoning Province, Dalian Jinzhou New District takes full advantage of the policy and the geographical location to attract Japanese-funded enterprises to settle in the area and build up good economic and trade relations with Japanese enterprises. In recent years, Japanese-funded enterprises have been affected adversely by global economic downturn and substantial yen depreciation, and they are facing considerable difficulties which also affect their impetus for further business development. To help Japanese-funded enterprises get rid of the business hardship, this article makes policy suggestions on promoting product competitiveness and improving investment environment through cooperation.
