摘 要:采用竹焦油部分替代苯酚制备竹焦油-苯酚-甲醛共聚胶黏剂(BTPF),研究了竹焦油替代苯酚量对BTPF性能的影响,并分析其在竹胶板中应用的可行性。结果表明:竹焦油替代苯酚量10%~30%时,BTPF的粘度和游离甲醛含量随竹焦油替代苯酚量的增加而呈上升趋势,但不影响胶黏剂在竹胶板中的应用。竹焦油替代苯酚量10%-20%时,BTPF生产的竹胶板性能优异,其静曲强度及其弹性模量、胶合性能、吸水厚度膨胀率均能满足LY/T1574-2000(混凝土模板用竹材胶合板》中B类竹材胶合板要求,与纯酚醛胶所压板材的胶合性能相当,且施胶量相对更低。The bamboo tar-phenol-formaldehyde copolymer adhesive (BTPF) was prepared by using the bamboo tar to substitute for the phenol partially. The effects of the bamboo tar dosage to substitute for the phenol and BTPF performance were studied. Feasibility of BTPF to be used in bamboo plywood was analyzed. The results showed that the viscosity and the content of free formaldehyde of BTPF increased by 10% - 30% with the increase in bamboo tar dosage, but this did not affect its appliance in the bamboo plywood. Mechanical properties of bamboo plywood, such as static bending strength, modulus of elasticity, absorbent thickness swelling rate and bonding quality,met the standards of LY/T 1574-2000, when bamboo tar dosage was 10% -20%. Performance of bamboo plywood with BTPF was almost the same as that of other similar products with PF, and less amount of resin was needed.
