摘　　要：以云南栽种马铃薯的 3个品种 (“合作 88”、“会泽红”、“大西洋”)脱毒试管苗为材料 ,研究诱导试管薯的形成及发育情况 .结果表明 :在含有 12 0 g/L食用白糖 + 3.0mg/L 6 -BA的MS培养基上 ,在适宜的光照下 ,可诱导试管薯的形成 .Using vitro free plantelets in vitro of 3 Yunnan cultivars of potato (Cooperation-88,Huizehong,Atlantic) as the experimental materials,the authers studied on growth and development of potato microtuber.The results showed that the plantlet in vitro cultured in MS medium containing 120?g/L sugar and 3.0?mg/L 6-BA may be induced potato microtuber under suitable light intensity.
