加巴喷丁对偏头痛患者负性情绪和生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨加巴喷丁(GBP)对偏头痛患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:81例偏头痛患者随机分为GBP组(n=41)和氟桂利嗪组(n=40),采用视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depressive scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxious scale,SAS)和中国版SF-36量表分别评价疼痛程度、负性情绪及生活质量。两组于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4周各评分1次。结果:治疗后1、2和4周与治疗前相比,患者VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),GBP组显著低于氟桂利嗪组(P<0.05);GBP组总有效率(91.2%)明显高于氟桂利嗪组(41.2%)(P<0.05)。4周后两组SDS、SAS评分均明显降低,生活质量不同程度改善(P<0.05);GBP组SDS、SAS评分均明显低于氟桂利嗪组(P<0.05);除躯体功能和肌体疼痛指标外,GBP组SF-36评分显著高于氟桂利嗪组(P<0.05)。结论:GBP在有效缓解偏头痛的同时可明显减轻患者负性情绪,提高患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the effects of gabapentin（GBP） on negative emotion and living quality of life in patients with migraine.Methods：81 migraineurs were randomly divided into GBP group（n =41） and flunarizine group（n =40）.The degree of pain was detected by Visual Analogue Scale WAS）,negative emotion was evaluated by Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）,and living quality was assessed by Chinese version of SF-36 scale.Both groups were scored before treatment and on the first,second and fourth week after treatment respectively.Results：Compared with those before treatment,VAS pain scores in both groups were decreased significantly （P ＜ 0.05）,whereas VAS in GBP group was significantly lower than that in flunarizine group （P ＜ 0.05）.Total effective rate in GBP group （91.2％） was significantly higher than that in flunarizine group （41.2％） （P ＜ 0.05）.After four weeks＇ treatment,SDS and SAS scores were decreased significantly in two groups,living quality was improved as well （P ＜ 0.05）.However,scores of SDS and SAS in GBP group were significantly lower than those in flunarizine group （P ＜ 0.05）.Except body function and body pain indices,SF-36 score in GBP group was obviously higher than that in flunarizine group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Gabapentin can alleviate migraine effectively as well as relieving migraineurs＇ negative emotion and improving living quality.
