舒适护理在住院儿童胃肠道疾病中的实施及效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在儿科病房开展舒适护理对降低儿童胃肠道疾病术后并发症的发生率以及提高患儿舒适度、满意度的效果,使患儿的生理、心理、社会、精神达到最愉快的状态或缩短、降低不愉快的程度。方法选取我院儿科进行治疗的患儿50例,作为对照组,施以常规护理。另选我院儿科进行治疗的患儿50例,作为实验组,在常规护理的基础上施以舒适护理,详细记录两组患儿治疗后出现并发症的状况以及患儿家长的满意度。结果实验组患儿在术后出现并发症的概率明显低于对照组,家长的满意率却较对照组有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用于术后患儿的日常护理之中,可以有效降低患儿术后并发症的发生率,提高患儿舒适度和满意率,有效降低医患纠纷,有效提高了护理质量。Objective To investigate clinical effect of comfort care in children gastrointestinal diseases with reducing the incidence of postoperative complications and improving children comfort, satisfaction. To achieve the most enjoyable ehildren~ physical, psychological, social, spiritual state or shortert, rethtce the degree of unpleasant. Methods 50 cases of children in pediatrics of our hospital were selected as control group , treated by routine care ;other 50 cases of children in pediatrics of our hospital were selected as experimental group , treated by comfort care on the basis of control group. The complication and parents＇satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The complication rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the parents＂ satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Comfort care on the basis of routine care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in children, improve the comfort and satisfaction of children, reduce patient disputes and improve the quality of care.
