改良Bobath易化技术结合音乐电针刺治疗脑卒中上肢痉挛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良Bobath易化技术结合音乐电针刺治疗脑卒中上肢痉挛的临床效果。方法 60例脑卒中后上肢痉挛患者分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。试验组纳入实验方案治疗,对照组常规康复训练。治疗4周后采用改良Ashworth量表、Fugl-Meyer量表评定疗效。结果 Ashworth量表分析试验组治疗后上肢痉挛状态级别降低,治疗前后组内比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组治疗后Fugl-Meyer量表分析分值提高,治疗前后自身比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论改良Bobath易化技术结合音乐电针刺治疗脑卒中上肢痉挛疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of improved Bobath facilitation technique combined with music electrical acupuncture in the therapy ofupper extremity spasticity. Methods 60 cases of patients secondary upper limb spasticity were divided into experimental group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30）. The experimental group was incorporated into the rehabilitation scheme, while the control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training. The modified Ashworth scale and Fugl - Meyer scale were used to assess the curative effect4weeks therapy. Results The result from Ashworth scale showed that the hierarchical display of upper limb spasticity of experimental groupdecreasedsignificantly after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, The scores ofFugl - Meyer scale of experimental group increased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ） after treatment. Conclusions The effect ofimproved Bobath facilitation technique combined with music electrical acupuncture on upper limb spasticity is exact.
