摘　　要：儿科医患关系特殊,是医疗纠纷的高发部门,所以注重培养儿科实习医生医患沟通的能力,建立和谐医患关系,是临床教学需噬待解决的一项重大的课题。本文旨在阐述儿科临床教学中加强实习医师医患沟通能力培养的必要性,并提出提高儿科实习医师医患沟通能力的途径。Physician- patient relationship in pediatric department is so special andthe incidence of medical dispute is high, so we need to focus on the training of the ability on communication between physicians and pediatricpatients and their parents and the establishment of a harmonious doctor - patient relationship are critical issues in clinical teaching. This article is to explain the necessity to strengthen the training of physician - patient communication skills in pediatrics clinical teaching, and propose toimprove pediatric physician - patient communicative skills.
