摘　　要：从宣传阵地前移、宣传方式多元化、建立新生读者预约机制及通过加强学院支持改善自身条件4个方面,论述了高职院校图书馆如何加强对95后高职读者的培养。This paper discusses the cultivation of the readers born after 1995 in higher vocational college from four aspects of moving forward the propaganda fronts, diversifying the propaganda approach, enriching the appointment mechanism for freshmen readers, and improving self-conditions through strengthening the college support.
