摘　　要：本文对2008-2012年以来,第四军医大学唐都医院短期出国进行学术交流的人员,从学科构成、人员层次、出访类型、出访国家以及会议交流情况等方面进行了汇总分析,探讨其对学科建设和医院发展所起的作用,为今后更好地加强对外学术交流、进一步推动医院各学科的发展提供参考.Data of short term visit for academic exchange at international level between 2008 2012 were analysed in terms of discipline, personnel, visit type, target country, and communication. We explored the help of these exchanges in the development of various disciplines and the hospital as a whole. Experience was drawn to better future academic exchange and the growth of hospital.
