宫颈癌组织中ZEB2和E-cad蛋白的表达

摘　　要：目的：探讨E盒结合锌指蛋白2（ ZEB2）和E-钙黏附蛋白（ E-cad）在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及与预后的关系。方法：用免疫组化SP法检测144例宫颈癌和26例正常宫颈黏膜组织中ZEB2和E-cad蛋白的表达，并对随访资料进行预后分析。结果：宫颈癌和正常宫颈黏膜组织中ZEB2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为83．3％（120/144）和11．5％（3/26）（χ2＝56．750，P＜0．001）；E-cad蛋白的阳性表达率分别为29．2％（42/144）和100．0％（26/26）（P＜0．001）。 ZEB2、E-cad蛋白表达与宫颈癌的分化程度、FIGO分期及淋巴结转移均有关（P均＜0．05）。宫颈癌组织中ZEB2与E-cad蛋白表达有关联（rp ＝0．411，P＜0．001）。 FIGO分期（RR＝1．788，95％CI 1．239～2．580）、淋巴结转移（RR ＝1．702，95％CI 1．181～2．453）、E-cad 表达（RR＝0．572，95％CI 0．369～0．888）及 ZEB2表达（RR＝1．810，95％CI 1．046～3．131）可作为宫颈癌预后的独立因素。结论：ZEB2和E-cad可能会促进宫颈癌的发展、浸润和转移，可作为预测宫颈癌预后的新指标。Aim：To explore the relationship between the prognosis and the expressions of ZEB 2 and E-cad proteins in cervical cancer tissue .Methods：The expressions of ZEB 2 and E-cad proteins in 144 cases of cervical cancer tissue and 26 cases of normal tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP technique .Results：The ZEB2 positive expression rate in the cervical cancer tissue and normal tissue was 83.3%（120/144） and 11.5%（3/26）（χ^2 =56.750,P〈0.001）.The E-cad positive expression rate in the cervical cancer tissue and normal tissue was 29.2%（42/144） and 100.0%（26/26） （P〈0.001）.The positive expressions of ZEB2 and E-cad were related with differentiation,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.The expressions of ZEB2 and E-cad were related in cervical cancer tissue （rp=0.411,P〈0.001）. FIGO stage（RR=1.788,95%CI 1.239-2.580）, lymph node metastasis（RR=1.702,95%CI 1.181-2.453）, E-cad expression（RR=0.572,95%CI 0.369-0.888） and ZEB2 expression（RR=1.810,95%CI 1.046-3.131） in the cervi-cal cancer tissue were independent prognostic factors .Conclusion：ZEB2 and E-cad may promote the development , inva-sion and metastasis of cervical cancer , which may be the new indicators to predict the prognosis of cervical cancer .
