老年人空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平与结直肠腺瘤的关系

摘　　要：目的研究老年人空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平与结直肠腺瘤的关系。方法对2010年8月～2013年8月本院干部病房265例60岁以上老年患者行结肠镜检查，根据是否患有结直肠腺瘤分为研究组及对照组，两组患者均无结直肠腺癌、结直肠手术史。测定两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平，并进行对比分析。结果腺瘤组糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白均高于对照组，腺瘤组糖化血清蛋白（194．02±50．83）μmmol／L，糖化血红蛋白（6．39±1．13）％；对照组糖化血清蛋白（181．61±41．21）μmmol／L，糖化血红蛋白（6．16±0．87场，2组间比较差异均有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平高的老年患者结直肠腺瘤的风险较高。Objective To study correlation of elderly＇ s fasting blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein, glycosylated hemoglobin level and colorectal adenoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 265 over 60-year old patients who were hospitalized in between August 2010 and August 2013 in our hospital and underwent colonoscopy exam. They were divided into two groups, colorectal adenoma group and non-colorectal adenoma group （control group）. Their fasting blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein, and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the two groups were analyzed. Results The levels of glycosylated serum protein, glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with colorectal adenoma were much higer than the co.ntrol group , P 〈0.05. In adenoma group, it reflected an average glycosylated serum protein value of 194.02 ± 50.83 μ mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin value of （6.39±1.13）%; and in the control group, it reflected an average glycosylated serum protein value of 181.61±41.21 μmmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin value of （6.16±0.87） %. Conclusion The findings of this study indicate a higher risk colorectal adenomas in old patients who have high blood glycosylated serum protein and glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.
