摘 要:在供应链中,如何有效提高供应链的绩效是企业面临的一个实际问题。针对这一问题,构建了一个由供应商和制造商组成的二级供应链系统中的知识创新模型。运用博弈理论和最优值理论,对模型进行定量分析,发现:制造商的创新能力越强,越能吸引供应商参与创新,而当其自身创新成本提高时,它参与知识创新的积极性会减弱;边际成本变动系数对创新水平和收益都起到一定的促进作用;而创新成本系数过高,会抑制创新水平的提高;供应链协同知识创新可以提高供应商与制造商的收益,并使整个供应链系统的运作效益得到整体提高。During the age of supply chain competition, one of the problems the enterprises should cope with is to effectively improve the performance through collaborative knowledge innovation in supply chain. Aiming at this problem, a knowledge innovation model is built between a vendor and a manufacturer in the two-stage supply chain. And then a quantitative analy- sis of the model is made by the game theory and optimum theory ,it is found that:the stronger the manufacturer's innovation ability is, the more it can attract the vendor's involvement in innovation, with the enthusiasm for participating in knowledge innovation weakened when its innovation cost increases ; the variation coefficient of marginal cost plays a positive role in pro- moting innovation level and performance,with the innovation level decrease when the innovation cost coefficient is too high; collaborative knowledge innovation in supply chain improves the performances of vendor, manufacturer and the overall sup- ply chain.
