摘  要:通过16SrDNA序列分析对根瘤菌RH1021进行初步鉴定,并研究磁场强度(100,200,300mT),磁处理时间(5,10,15min),磁处理后静置时间(12,120,240h)对根瘤菌RH1021可溶性蛋白和粗蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,磁场处理组蛋白含量均高于对照组,且两种蛋白的含量均在200mT场强处理下增幅最明显,分别高于对照组约23.3%,149.1%;磁处理时间均以10min效果最显著,蛋白含量分别较对照组高1.4倍、2.5倍;磁处理后静置时间则均以120h为宜,较对照组增幅49.5%,234.4%。此外,通过最佳磁处理参数的选择发现,对于可溶性蛋白含量最主要的影响因素是磁场强度,而影响粗蛋白含量的主要因素是磁处理后的静置时间。In this experiment, RHI021 was identified by the 16S rDNA sequence analysis and conducted to e- valuate the effects of magnetic treatment intensity (100,200,300 roT), magnetic treatment time (5,10,15 min), and standing time (12,120,240 h) after treatment on soluble protein and crude protein content of rhi- zobium RH1021. The results showed that all above practices were higher than control, and both of protein content had remarkable increase with 200 mT magnetic intensity, gained by 23.3 %, 149.1%0, respectively; 10 min had the most significant effect on soluble protein and crude protein content, the results was 1.4 and 2.5 times larger than control; it had the best showing with 49.5%, 234.4% increase after treatment 120 h. In addition, it indicated that magnetic intensity was the key factor in soluble protein content by selection of optimal magnetic treatment parameters, while standing time after magnetic treatment had a marked impact on crude protein content.
