摘　　要：真理的存在是大学合法性的来源。真理本身即目的而非某种功利主义的考量。当前,科学主义的盛行直接导致了真理在大学里的隐退。随着大学里追求真理的活动被科学探究的活动所取代,大学逐渐失去了形而上的意义而沦为一种制度性的存在。对于科学的研究只是大学的一种职能,对于真理的追求才是大学的灵魂所在。现代大学的改革必须要从理念上恢复其对于真理的偏好,避免陷入科学主义的窠臼。The existence of truth is the source of legitimacy of university.The ultimate goal of university is, rather than utility, the truth itself. The prevalence of scientism has directly led to the reclusion of truth in university from modern times. As the pursuit of truth has been replaced by various scientific researches, universityis losing metaphysical meanings, or rather, degrading to some institutional existence. As for university, scientific research is one of its functions, while the pursuit of truth is wherethe soul of university lies. The reform of modern university must focus on the preference for truth conceptually so as to avoid being lost in the trap of scientific socialism.
