摘 要:转基因作物的安全性一直饱受世界争议,作为占据转基因作物最大份额的转基因大豆主要用来加工成食用油。通过传统CTAB法和改良CTAB法分别提取大豆油基因组DNA,并结合实时荧光技术检测内源基因Lectin和外源基因CaMV35S。结果表明:改良法Lectin扩增的Ct值小于传统CTAB法,且均检测到外源基因CaMV35S的扩增,改良法提取到的DNA能够满足国家标准对食用油中转基因成分检测的要求。The safety of genetically modified crops has been a contro- versial issue all the time. Most of them are genetically modified soy- beans, which are mainly processed into oil. We extracted genomic DNA from soybean oil through traditional and improved CTAB meth- od and detected the endogenous gene Lectin and exogenous gene CaMV35S by real time system. It turned out that amplification from improved CTAB method had lower Ct and both methods had CaMV35S amplification. DNA extracted from improved CTAB meth- od could meet the national standards' requirements for the detection of genetically modified components in soybean oil.
