摘  要:传统莲藕切片机切削藕片时易沾刀,藕片易破碎,为此,设计一种新型的莲藕切片机,该切片机切削系统采用具有急回特性的偏心曲柄滑块机构,大大提高了切削效率,且由于刀片切削点速度处处相同,解决了藕片破碎的现象;同时该切片机采用落料孔落料的方式,通过落料孔孔壁阻止藕片沾随刀片,从而进一步解决传统切片机藕片易沾刀的现象。最后在新型莲藕切片机的基础上对切削系统进行优化设计,找到系统满足运动性能前提下的最小尺寸。Traditional lotus slicing machine's knife is easily to be sticked by the cured lotus roots, and the oupian is also easily to be broken. So, a new type of lotus slicing machine was designed. An eccentric crank slider mechanism was used in this machine cutting system. It greatly improved the cutting efficiency and solved the problem of broken lotus root because of the same cutting speed on the cutting points. What's more, this machine used a blanking hole to blanking the cut oupians. Because the blanking hole wall could stop the oupian following the blade, the problem of oupian easy to stick blade was successfully solved. At last, a optimized design was made for the cutting system on the new type of lotus slicing machine, and the minimum size under the prmise of sports performance was found.
