摘　　要：马口铁易开盖成本中原材料成本占了近70%,其发展趋势将是轻薄迷你、开启轻松方便、马口铁与新材料的结合应用、涂料更加符合食品安全。文章从技术上分析马口铁易开盖减薄轻量存在的技术难点以及解决方法,阐述马口铁易开盖及卷封结构的技术发展趋势,为马口铁减薄轻量化提供思路。The raw material costs of tinplate easy open end is nearly 70%, the development trend of tinplate easy open end will be thin- ner, mini, easy and convenient to open, and the coating is more in line with the food safety. Analyzed the technical difficulties and solu- tions which existed in the tinplate easy open end thinning lightweight technology, expounded the technology development trends of tinplate easy open end and seaming structures, and provided ideas for tinplate thinning lightweight.
