摘　　要：基于以"人性化"为导向的专业人才培养模式在提高学生的学习主动性、创造性方面的重要意义,以延边大学园林专业为例,讨论了基于学生特点和不同专业发展意愿的园林专业人才培养模式,旨在培养出满足社会需求的园林专业人才。Based on significance of hwnanization oriented training mode in improving students＇ learning initiative and creativity,with landscape specialty of Yanbian University as an example,the talents training mode based on students＇ characteristics and different professional development wishes were discussed,so as to cultivate landscape specialty talents to meet the needs of the society.
