摘 要:针对空间应用指向机构的两相混合式步进电动机,设计了一种基于FPGA数字控制器,采用旋转变压器的增量式位置闭环的方法,以MOSFET专用驱动集成电路构成的H桥驱动电路的控制系统方案。该系统根据合成电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转细分法,采用SPWM技术和位置反馈闭环控制方法,使步进电动机形成均匀的圆形旋转合成磁场,实现细分驱动的功能。实验结果表明该控制器设计方案合理,结构简单、功耗低、动态性能好,较传统的单片H桥驱动芯片,热耗分布均匀,解决了空间散热问题;并通过选用空间抗辐照器件,使之适用于空间指向机构控制。For the application of two-phase hybrid stepping motor in space pointing mechanism,a H bridge driver cir-cuit constituted of MOSFET driver IC was designed based on FPGA,applied of resolver to form a real-time position closedloop control system. Uniform constant amplitude rotating current vector subdivision was adopted in the design. Practical ap-plication shows that the design has reasonable design, simple structure, low power consumption and good dynamic perform-ance than the traditional monolithic H-bridge driver chip. The solution's heat consumption distribution is uniform, whichcan solve the heat problem; H-bridge driver chip selects aerospace-on-chip, MOSFET selects the irradiation indicator de-vice, which can suitable for high-orbit satellite agencies control.
