摘　　要：目的:通过检测甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)及癌旁正常组织(non-carcerous epithelium,NCE)中脆性组氨酸三联体(fragile histidine triad,FHIT)蛋白的表达率,探讨FHIT蛋白在PTC发生与发展中的意义。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院2010年6月至2013年6月手术切除标本,包括65例PTC组织及其配对NCE组织,运用免疫组化SP法处理,DAB染色法观察FHIT基因的表达情况,用显色深浅、比例乘积积分法处理数据并进行统计学分析。结果:NCE和PTC中FHIT蛋白表达阳性率分别为67.7%(44/65)和38.5%(25/65),FHIT蛋白在PTC中的表达明显低于NCE(P<0.05)。FHIT蛋白的表达与病理学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移均具有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FHIT作为一种抑癌基因,可能在PTC的发生与发展中起到重要作用。Objective ： To observe the expression of fragile histidine triad （FHIT） in papillary thy- roid carcinoma（PTC） and explore the role of FHIT gene in the occurrence and development of PTC. Methods ： Immunohistochemical SP technique was used to detect the expression of FHIT pro- tein in 65 cases of PTC and their matched adjacent non-carcerous epithelium （NCE） from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. The expression of FHIT gene was observed by DAB staining. The data were calculated using the color shades and proportion integral method. Statisti- cal analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0 with statistical significance set at a P-value of 0.05. Results： The positive rates of FHIT protein in NCE and PTC were 67.7% （44/65） ,38.5% （25/ 65） respectively, and the expression of FHIT protein in PTC was significantly lower than that in NCE（P 〈 0.01 ）. FHIT protein was correlated with the invasion and metastasis of PTC （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： As a tumor suppressor gene, FHIT may play an important role in the occur- rence and development of PTC.
