摘  要:目的:将离体猪肺与人肺动、静脉行多层螺旋CT增强扫描成像进行解剖学观察,为进一步研究人肺动、静脉提供参考依据.方法:将已用羧甲基纤维素泛影葡胺液灌注的30例离体猪肺置于螺旋CT机架上进行增强扫描,行三维重建,挑选5例肺动、静脉清晰的猪肺,进行动、静脉测量;同时选择正常健康成人肺5例行增强扫描,三维重建.结果:通过两者间动、静脉的成像比较有相似性,而猪肺与人肺动、静脉管径存在一定的差异性.结论:多层螺旋CT成像能较好地显示离体猪肺与人肺动、静脉走行及管径,可进行大样本的测量研究,为临床诊断提供参考依据.Objective: By conducting multi-slice spiral CT on pulmonary artery and vein in human lungs and isolated porcine lungs to get more reference for the study of pulmonary artery and vein in the human lungs. Methods: Thirty porcine lungs specimens were perfused with carboxyl methyl cellulose and meglumine diatrizoate, and then scanned with enhanced multi- slice spiral CT. Subsequently, the tridimensional images of porcine lungs were reconstructed, and measurement was carried out on five specimens, whose pulmonary arteries and veins were optimally displayed. Meanwhile, the scanning was taken on 5 healthy subjects to reconstruct the tridimensional images of lungs. Results: Through the comparison we found that the images of pulmonary artery and vein between porcine and human lungs had similarities, but statistically there was also difference between them. Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT can well display the line feed and diameter of the pulmonary artery and vein in vitro porcine and human lungs. And it can he used in the large-sample research, and provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis.
