摘　　要：目的:探讨TFPI-2基因在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集临床胃癌患者术后大体标本64例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测TFPI-2蛋白在胃癌组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达,采用RT-PCR法检测TFPI-2 mRNA在胃癌组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达。结果:TFPI-2蛋白在正常胃黏膜组织中的表达高于胃癌组织(P<0.05),无淋巴结转移胃癌组织的TFPI-2蛋白表达高于有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织(P<0.05)。TFPI-2 mRNA在正常胃黏膜组织中的表达明显高于胃癌组织(P<0.05),无淋巴结转移胃癌组织的TFPI-2 mRNA表达高于有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织(P<0.05)。结论:TPFI-2基因是胃癌发生、侵袭和转移的重要调节因子,其低表达与胃癌淋巴结转移的生物学行为密切相关。Objective： Through the study on the expression of TFPI-2 in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric tissues of different, To explore the role of TFPI-2 in gastric cancer invasion and metastasis process. Methods： 64 specimens of gastric cancer postoperative patients were collect- ed from the department of general surgery. Specimens were taken for each cancer tissue and normal gastric mucosa, immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of TFPI-2 protein in gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa tissues, the expression of TFPI-2 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR method in gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa tissues. Results： The expression of TFPI-2 protein in normal gastric tissue was higher than that in gastric cancer tissue （P〈0.05）, no lymph node metastasis group TFPI-2 protein expression is higher than the group with lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Expression of TFPI-2 mRNA in normal gastric tissues was higher than that in gastric cancer tissue （P〈0.05）, no lymph node metastasis group TFPI-2 mRNA expression is higher than the group with lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： TPFI-2 is an important regulator of gastric cancer invasion andmetastasis, the low expression in human gastric cancer and gastric cancer biological behavior of lymph node metastasis are closely related, is one of the mechanisms of invasion and metastasis ofgastric cancer.
