摘　　要：本文以2006—2011年我国275家中小板上市企业为研究样本,运用面板计数模型从静态和动态两方面来分析企业技术创新行为及其作用机制。研究表明,企业技术创新行为具有动态反馈效应;企业R&D经费支出、科技人员比例、企业规模和融资能力对技术创新产出具有正向促进作用,但相对于R&D投入,科技人员的影响较小,人力资本的投入对于创新产出还未完全发挥其应有的作用;企业盈利能力对技术创新产出的影响呈倒"U"型,即过高的新产品盈利能力对企业技术创新活动具有一定的限制作用。Based on the data of 275 enterprises listed in China＇s small and medium-sized board from 2006 to 2011, this paper establi shes a panel count model to analyze the behaviors and mechanism of enterprise technological innovation. The results show that the early level of enterprises＇ technological innovation has a significant positive influence on the current innovation output, thus the technological innovation process has dynamic feedback effects. The R＆D spending, science and technology personnel proportion, enterprise scale and financing ability play the positive roles in promoting the ability of enterprises＇ technological innovation. However, compared with R＆D spending, the input of science and technology personnel has the smaller effect. This paper provides further evidence that the influ- ence of human capital has still not fully played their roles. Besides, the impact of enterprise＇ profitability shows an inverted U shape, namely, the excessively high profitability of new products has a certain limit in pushing enterprise technology innovation activities.
