摘 要:为进一步提高放线菌Sy11菌株对致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)的抑制效率,采用滤纸片法以单因子试验对Sy11菌株菌液的发酵条件进行了优化。结果显示,优化后的最佳发酵条件为:Sy11菌株经高氏Ⅰ号液体培养4d的种子液,以100mL/250mL的装液量和2%的接种量,在初始pH7.0、28℃、50r/min条件下培养10d;在上述优化条件下所得菌液对致病疫霉的抑制率达到90%以上,比优化前提高了约10%。In order to enhance the inhibitory effect of substances in actinomycetic Iiqutd ot Syl i strain against the growth of Phytophthora infestans, the fermentation conditions of Syll strain were investigated by single-factor experiment. The results showed that optimal fermen- tation conditions were as follows: seed liquid cultured in Gause's Ⅰ medium for 4 d was inocu- lated with a volume of 100 mL/250 mL and amount of 2% into same medium, and cultured un- der the initial pH 7.0, 28 ℃, 50 r/min for 10 d. The inhibitory rate of actinomycetic liquid un- der the optimal conditions reached over 90~, which increased by 10% in comparison with pre- optimization.
