摘  要:[目的]研究农药悬浮剂的稳定性与流变性质关系。[方法]以200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂为样品,采用旋转流变仪测定了屈服应力、流动曲线、内聚能,采用旋转黏度计测定了黏度,比较了应力控制(CS)模式和速率控制(CR)模式测得的屈服应力的不同。[结果]当屈服应力低于0.2 Pa、或内聚能低于2×10-4 Pa、或黏度低于400 mPa·s时,样品稳定能力迅速下降。[结论]CS模式测屈服应力更准确;屈服应力、内聚能、黏度与农药悬浮剂的稳定性呈对应关系。[Aims] The relationship between stability and rheological property of pesticide suspension concentrates (SC) was discussed. [Methods] Yield stress, flow curve and cohesive energy of 200 g/L chlorantraniliprole SC were determined by rotational rheometer; viscosity was determined by rotational viscometer. The yield stresses tested by control-stress (CS) mode and control-rate (CR) mode were compared. [Results] Stability of the sample declined rapidly when its yield stress was less than 0.2 Pa, or its cohesive energy was less than 2×10 4Pa, or its viscosity was less than 400 mPa-s. [Conclusions] The yield stress tested by CS mode is more accurate. Yield stress, cohesive energy and viscosity correspond to stability of SC.
