摘　　要：开放远程教育学籍管理是一项具体细致而又繁琐的业务管理工作。只有创建以学员为中心、与学员工作生活相关联、符合远程教育特点的学籍管理模式才能适应远程教育新的发展形势。Student-records management of Distance Open Education is a concrete and detailed management. Only a learners-cen- tered, learners＇work and life-related and distance education features-accordant management mode can meet the developing situa- tion of distance education.
