通脉活血汤内服外洗治疗慢性酒精性多发性神经病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通脉活血汤内服外洗治疗慢性酒精性多发性神经病的临床疗效。方法:将153例确诊为慢性酒精性多发性神经病的患者随机分为两组。治疗组78例,给予通脉活血汤内服外洗;对照组75例,采用甲钴胺针肌注,0.5 mg/d。2周后观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后神经传导速度的变化。结果:两组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。神经传导速度比较,两组治疗前、后均有明显增加(P<0.01);两组间比较,治疗组治疗后的神经传导速度明显优于对照组(P<0.01),差值比较(P<0.01)。结论:通脉活血汤内服外洗治疗慢性酒精性多发性神经病有较好疗效,可以推广。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongmai Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic alcohol- ic polyneuropathy through oral taking and washing. Methods ： 153 cases diagnosed as chronic alcoholic polyneuropathy pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group with 78 cases was treated with Tongmai Huoxue Decoction through oral taking and washing. Control group with 75 cases was treaCed with methylcobalamin 0.5 mg by intramuscular injection once a day. The changes in nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of these two groups would be observed after two weeks. Results：The total effective rate was compared, and the treatment group was bet- ter than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The nerve conduction velocity after treatment were significantly increased in both groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and the difference is significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： There is a good clinical efficacy of Tongmai Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic alcoholic polyneuropathy through oral taking and washing, and it can be extended.
