清热利湿和胃法治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热利湿和胃法组成的中药复方治疗消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法:本研究120例病例均为Hp感染阳性病人,被随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组60例,予兰索拉唑胶囊30mg,日2次,阿莫西林胶囊1.g,日2次,克拉霉素片0.5 g,日2次,枸橼酸铋钾颗粒0.22 g,日2次,口服2周,后再予兰索拉唑胶囊5周。治疗组60例在西医常规治疗组的基础上同时给予清热利湿和胃法组方的中药治疗。结果:治疗组的临床症状缓解总有效率为100%,对照组的临床症状缓解率为90%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);内镜下总有效率治疗组98.3%,对照组86.7%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西药常规四联疗法的基础上辨证使用中药复方治疗消化性溃疡疗效确切,临床观察无不良事件发生,值得临床推广使用。Objective：This research aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of peptic ulcer treated with clearing heat and removing dampness and normalizing stomach method. Method：120 patients were involved in the research and were separa- ted into the treatment group （n = 60） and the control group （ n = 60）. The control group received Lansoprazole 30 mg twice a day and Amoxycillin Capsules 1 g twice a day and Clarithromycin 0.5 g twice a day and Bismuth Potassium Citrate 0.22 g twice a day, for 2 weeks. And then followed by Lansoprazole 30 mg twice a day, for 4 weeks. The treatment group adopted the decoction of herbal medicine of clearing heat and removing dampness and normalizing stomach on the basis of general treatment. Result ： （1）Comparison of improvement of the clinical symptom remission ： the total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 100%, while that of the control group was 90%. The treatment group was much better than the con- trol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2）Comparison of improvement of the endoscopy results ： the total effective value of the treatment group was 98.3% , while that of the control group was 86.7%. The treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion：The study indicated that clearing heat and removing dampness and normalizing stomach Chinese Formula is efficient and has few side effects, therefore, it is worthy of promoting.
