血浆同型半胱氨酸与帕金森病相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测帕金森病(PD)患者及健康人群血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的浓度并进行对比,探讨高同型半胱氨酸与帕金森病的风险相关性。方法收集60例帕金森患者及15例健康人群血清进行同型半胱氨酸浓度检测并进行对比分析,其中帕金森病患者随机分为A组(常规治疗+叶酸及维生素B12治疗组)及B组(常规治疗组)进行治疗,各30例,C组为健康人群,A、B两组患者治疗前后采用帕金森病症状评分量表(UPDRS)评分并进行分析。结果帕金森病患者(A组与B组)Hcy水平高于C组(健康人群),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后A组血清Hcy水平低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组和B组UPDRS评分均有改善(均P<0.05),A组优于B组(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者血浆Hcy水平较健康人群增高,叶酸、VitB12辅助治疗可能对帕金森病治疗具有临床意义。Objective To investigate the correlation of high homocysteine and the risk of Parkinson＇s disease by com- paring the plasma homocysteine （Hey） concentrations of the Parkinson ＂s disease （PD） patients and healthy people. Methods A total of 60 cases of Parkinson＇s patients and 15 healthy human serum homocysteine were statistically ana- lyzed. Parkinson＇s disease patients were randomly divided into group A （conventional treatment combine with folio acid and vitamin B12） and group B （conventional treatment）, 30 cases in each, group C for healthy people;Symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease was assessed using UPDRS score. Results Concentration of Hey in Parkinson＇s disease patients （A group and B group） was higher than the healthy people （C group）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Hey levels in the adjuvant treatment of patients with Parkinson＇s disease after folio acid and VitB12 was less than the conventional treatment,difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. UPDRS score in group A and group B were improved,group A was better than group B （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma Hey levels in Parkinson＇s disease patients was higher than healthy people.Folio acid and VitB12 adjuvant therapy may be a clinically meaningful treatment for Parkinson ＂s disease.
