摘  要:为帮助医学生尽快提高职业素质,适应当前生物-心理-社会医学服务模式的需要,在通过临床教学与实践提高学生专业技能的同时,将医德、医态、医术及医患沟通技巧等培养作为医学生职业素质培养的重点内容,并结合工作生活中的典型案例及在各类突发事件、医疗纠纷中有关职业素质、医患沟通等问题开展教学,旨在使学生学会从医学、道德、法律、政治等不同角度去研究、解决医疗问题,尽快成长为高素质的医学专业人才。To help medical students improve their professional quality quickly, and to adapt to the mode of biology- psychology-social medical service, we focus on medical ethics, doctors'attitude, medical skills and doctor-patient com- munication skills and regard them as the key parts in developing the professional quality of the medical students. At the same time, we also try to improve the specialized skills of the students through our clinical teaching and practising. We combine our teaching with real life , presenting them with typical cases, issues on professional quality and doctor- patient communication in emergency and medical disputes. Our purpose is to motivate students to solve medical probloms from different perspectives of medicine, ethics, law, and politics, and help them to be high-quality specialists in medical science.
