唑来磷酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨唑来磷酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移的疗效和不良反应。方法选取2009年1月～2013年1月100例乳腺癌骨转移患者，按随机数字表均分为两组。对照组予帕米磷酸二钠，研究组予唑来磷酸，两组联合放化疗治疗。治疗6个月后，观察两组疗效及不良反应等。结果研究组疼痛情况、体力状况、骨转移病灶发生情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。骨骼相关事件及不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论唑来磷酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移有较好的临床疗效，能有效缓解疼痛，提高日常生活质量，降低骨转移病灶发生率。骨骼相关事件及不良反应发生率较低。Objective To study the curative effect and side-effect of radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid on metastatic bone of breast cancer. Methods From Jan 2009 to Jan 2013, 100 cases of breast cancer patients with bone metastases were divided into two groups according to random number table. The control group were given the pamidronate, while the research group were used zoledronic acid radiotherapy. After 6 months treatment, two groups of curative effect and adverse reaction were observed. Results The situation of pain, physical status, daily life bone metastatic lesions occurrence in the research group were superior to the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The skeletal related events and the incidence of adverse reaction in the research group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zoledronic acid on metastatic bone of breast cancer has better clinical curative effect. The therapy can effectively relieve pain, improve the quality of daily life, reduce the incidence of bone metastases lesions, the rate of skeletal related events and incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
