摘　　要：高校是人才的摇篮,高校素质教育是教育的重要内容,高校素质教育的推进与否,将直接影响到社会发展的动力问题。要保障高校素质教育的顺利推进并发展,首先就应该明确高校素质教育的价值取向。本文通过对赢在终点理念内涵和特征的论述,阐释了赢在终点作为高校素质教育价值取向的合理性及其现实意义。University is the cradle of talent, quality education in university is an important content of education, quality education in uni versity to promote or not, will directly affect the motive force of social development. To ensure the smooth progress of quality education in university, the first of all should be clear the value orientation of quality education in university. This article through to win the final idea connotation and characteristics of it, explains the rationality and realistic significance to win as the value orientation of quality education in university in the end.
