摘 要:目的分析西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员工作满意度现状,为西部民族地区基层卫生人力的稳定和发展提供参考依据。方法通过整群抽样的方法对西部民族地区255名基层卫生技术人员进行问卷调查,并对其中部分卫生技术人员进行深入访谈,用SPSS软件描述与分析满意度相关指标。结果西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员满意度中得分最高的是人际关系,其次工作环境和单位管理制度得分较高,个人专业发展和报酬等得分较低,得分最低的是紧张劳累程度。村卫生室和乡卫生院卫生技术人员总的满意度无统计学差异,但紧张劳累程度与报酬及社会认同等维度差异有统计学意义。结论提高西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员的工作满意度需要综合考虑不同满意度维度对其产生的影响。Objective To analyze the present situation on the job satisfaction of primary health skill workers in the west minority ar- eas of China. And provide the reference of the stability and development for human health in the west minority areas of China. Methods By cross- sectional study, we collected data about job satisfaction of the 255 grassroots health skill workers from the west minority areas of China. Statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS statistical software. Results The highest score was found in relationships, followed by working environment and management system, lower scores in personal professional development and remuneration, the lowest score was in nervous and fatigue degree. The general satisfaction had no difference between village clinics and township health hospitals, however, nervous fatigue degree, remuneration and other dimensions showed significant differences between them. Conclusion Improving the primary health skill workers' job satisfaction in the west minority areas of China should be considered with different satisfaction dimensionalities.
