摘  要:目的研究毛蚶的抗卤虫活性部位及有效成分。方法采用卤虫致死活性筛选模型,对毛蚶粗提物及甾体粗晶和3个甾体化合物(胆甾醇、胆甾烷醇和孕甾酮)进行了生物活性测定,并采用GC-MS技术对石油醚相进行了成分分析。结果乙醇提取物和各有机相均有明显克生活性,毛蚶甾体粗晶和3个甾体化合物的克生活性都在石油醚相的2倍以上,同时,首次从毛蚶石油醚相中鉴定出了30个化合物,主要为脂肪类和甾醇类化合物。结论毛蚶抗卤虫活性成分主要在乙酸乙酯相和石油醚相中,石油醚相中的甾醇类化合物是毛蚶的克生活性物质之一。Objective To screen the allelopathic fractions and constituents of scapharca subcrenata Lischke. Methods The allelo- pathic effects of ethanolic extract, organic fractions and compounds of Scapharca Subcrenata lischke from the South China Sea were evaluated by the model of lethality to brine shrimp Artemia salina, and the low - polar compounds in the petroleum ether fraction were analyzed by GC - MS. Results It indicated that the allelopathic substances were mainly in the ethyl acetate and petroleu- mether fraction. And the allelopathic effects of cholesterol, cholestanol and progesterone which were isolated from S. Subcrenata were all two times higher than the effect of petroleumether fraction. The components in the petroleum ether fraction were analyzed by GC - MS, and 30 compounds were identified for the first time, most of which were lipids and sterols. Conclusion It was pro- posed that sterols should be the main allelopathic substances in the petroleum ether fraction of S. Subcrenata.
