摘 要:为了探讨补肾疏肝药对菟丝子-柴胡调整卵巢早衰的生物学机制,利用因子分析对下丘脑CRF、IL-1、β-End、E2R、PR、NOS、GnRHmRNA以及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴生物分子、下丘脑-垂体-卵巢(HPO)轴生物分子进行分组,对各组内生物分子建立RBF神经网络模型并建立各组之间的RBF神经网络模型。利用模型的预测功能可定量的分析各生物分子之间的动态关系,从而揭示补肾疏肝药对菟丝子-柴胡在调整卵巢早衰中所起的作用。RBF神经网络模型在研究中药配伍作用的复杂生物学机制方面有良好的应用前景。Hypothalamic biological molecules CRF, IL - 1,β- End, E2 R, PR, NOS, GnRHmRNA, biological molecules of hypo- thalamic - pituitary - adrenal(HPA) axis, and the biological molecules of hypothalamic - pituitary - ovarian (HPO) axis were grouped based on factor analysis. Then RBF neural network models in each group and between the groups were set up in order to explore the biological mechanism of adjusting premature ovarian failure using the soothing liver and tonifying kidney coupler medi- cines Dodder - Bupleurum. The dynamic relationship between these biological molecules could be analyzed according to the mod- el. And the role of the soothing liver and tonifying kidney coupler medicines Dodder - Bupleurum in adjusting premature ovarian failure was revealed. RBF neural network model has a good prospect in researching the complex biological mechanisms of the role of Chinese herbal medicines.
