冷光美白治疗四环素牙的研究

摘　　要：目的观察Beyond牙齿冷光美白漂白四环素牙变色的效果。方法选取10名受试者,用Beyond牙齿冷光美白进行漂白治疗。术前和术后分别采用数码照像计算机色度分析系统对上、下颌中切牙和侧切牙进行比色,术后1年复查受试者牙齿的色度变化。结果术前受试者的平均L*,a*,b*值为(65.67±3.79),(1.57±0.45)和(16.52±1.33),经过Beyond牙齿冷光美白5次治疗后平均L*,a*,b*值为(72.75±2.82),(2.19±0.61)和(13.95±1.26),平均色差ΔE*ab为(7.58±1.05)。术后1年复查受试者平均L*,a*,b*值为(70.55±2.93),(1.97±0.73)和(13.06±1.12),平均色差ΔE*ab为(6.14±1.13)。结论 Beyond牙齿冷光美白对四环素牙变色具有一定的漂白效果。Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the bleaching effect of beyond whitening accelerator to tetracycline stained teeth. Methods To receive the bleaching treatment with beyond whitening accelerator. The tooth color of maxillary central incisor and lateral incisor and mandibular central incisor and lateral incisor was detected with Color analysis system of digital camera and computer before and after the treatment. The color improvement maintained was assessed after 1 year. Results It was observed that the average L ＊ , a ＊ , b ＊ value was （65.67 ± 3.79）, （ 1.57 ± 0. 45） and （ 16. 52 ± 1.33 ） before the treatment. After Beyond Whitening Accelerator treatment five times, the aver- age L ＊ ,a ＊ ,b ＊ value was （72.75 ±2. 82）, （2. 19 ±0. 61） and （13.95 ± 1.26）, the average color difference （△E ＊ ab） was （7.58±1.05）. Afterlyear, the averageL ＊, a ＊, b ＊ value was （70.55±2.93）, （1.97±0.73） and （ 13.06 ± 1.12）, the average color difference （ △E ＊ ab） was （6. 14± 1.13 ）. Conclusion These resuhs suggest that beyond whitening accelerator has certain bleaching effect to tetracycline stained teeth.
