替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂治疗中老年晚期胃癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及不良反应。方法选取本院2012年1月至2013年1月50例中老年胃癌晚期患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规氟尿嘧啶、奥沙利铂治疗,观察组给予替吉奥胶囊、奥沙利铂治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果通过两组的治疗效果对比分析,观察组的临床治疗总有效率为52.0%,对照组的临床治疗总有效率为48.0%,两组的数据比较统计学无意义(P>0.05);观察组ALP升高、口腔黏膜炎、恶心与呕吐、腹泻发生率均明显的低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论临床中应用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗中老年晚期胃癌是可行的,不良反应比较小,患者比较容易接受,值得临床中应用与推广。Objective To observe the effect of Gio capsules combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer and adverse reactions. Methods Our hospital in January 2012 to January 2013 among 50 cases of gastric cancer in elderly patients for the study, to be in accordance with the control group were randomly divided into observation group and the control group received conventional fluorouracil, oxaliplatin treatment, observation group received Gio capsules, oxaliplatin were observed therapeutic effect. Results The comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups, the observation group of clinical total effective rate was 52. 0% in the control group clinical total effective rate 48.0% , the two groups of data showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , statistically insignificant ; Observation group elevated ALP, oral mucositis, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea incidence rate is significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical application tegafur combined with oxaliplatin treatment of advanced gastric cancer in the elderly is feasible, and side effects is relatively small, were more likely to accept, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
