依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价采用依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血的临床应用价值。方法将巢湖市第二人民医院2009年6月至2011年6月收治的139例脑出血病人随机分为甲、乙、丙三组,甲、乙两组病人为观察组,丙组为对照组。三组病人均按照出血量使用脱水药物,并按照病情给予降压、降糖及降脂药物。观察组在给予常规治疗前提下加用依达拉奉治疗,于治疗前以及治疗后14 d评定疗效。结果经治疗14d后观察组甲与乙的NIHSS分值均下降,分别为(9.30±1.91)分(9.19±1.75)分,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);经治疗后14d后对照组丙的NIHSS分值也出现降低,但差异不显著(P﹥0.05);观察组甲与乙治疗14d后的NIHSS分值比较无明显差异(P﹥0.05);三组患者不良反应相比无明显差异(P﹥0.05)。结论应用依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血的疗效确切,无严重不良反应,能够减轻病人的神经功能缺损程度,提高病人日常生活活动能力。Objective To evaluate the use of edaravone treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage clinical value. Methods Totally 139 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 Were treated randomly divided into A, B, C three groups, A, B two groups of patients in the observation group, Group C was the control group. Three groups of patients were dehydrated drug use according to the amount of bleeding, and in accordance with the condition given antihypertensive, antidiabetic and lipid - lowering drugs. In the observation group given conventional treatment premise plus edaravone treatment before treatment 14 d after treatment and assessment of efficacy. Results After treatment, the observation group 14d antagonism of NIHSS scores were decreased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） ; 14d after treatment in the control group C＇s NIHSS scores also appeared reduced, but the differ- ence was not significant （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; NIHSS score was no antagonism observed treatment group after 14d significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; No significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） compared three groups of patients with adverse reactions. Conclusion The application of edaravone treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage efficacy, no serious adverse reac- tions, can reduce the function of the extent of the patient neurological deficit, improve patients activities of daily living.
