摘  要:目的:观察择时服用扶正祛邪抗癌方对顺铂化疗后Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠造血功能的影响。方法:对适应明暗交替环境的C57BL/6小鼠进行Lewis肺癌造模,按随机数字表法分成6组,造模成功5 d后开始按不同时辰给予扶正祛邪抗癌方和化疗药,给药2周后同时处死并采取血液等样本检测相关指标。结果:与化疗组比较,各时辰用药组白细胞和红细胞以及骨髓有核细胞计数出现一定回升(P<0.05),时辰用药组间比较,亥时组白细胞计数以及骨髓有核细胞计数回升明显(P<0.05),而各时辰组红细胞回升差异无统计学意义。结论:扶正祛邪抗癌方可改善Lewis肺癌小鼠化疗引起的骨髓抑制,择时服用该药对骨髓抑制的恢复亦不尽相同,亥时用药对改善化疗引起的骨髓抑制最为明显。Objective:Observe the research on the hematopoietic effect of taking Fuzheng Quxie Kangaifang(FXKAF) timing and Cisplatin(DDP) in the treatment of tumor-beating mice with Lewis lung cancer. Methods: Make C57BL/6 mice with Lewis lung cancer model after its adapt to the alternating and dark environment. Then randomly divided the mice into 6 groups. According to the different time to suit the mice FXKAF and chemotherapy drug after the success of modeling. After two weeks of administration, the mice were killed at the same time, and then take the related indexes of blood samples. Results: Compared with the chemotherapy group, the white blood cells and red blood cells and bone marrow nucleated cell count of each hour medication group were certainly rised ( P 〈 0. 05 ), compare the hour group, the 9 p.m. to 11 p. m group' s white blood cell and bone marrow nucleated cell count rised significantly ( P 〈 O. 05 ), and the red blood cell count had no obviously difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with the model group, the chemotherapy group' s EPO and G-CSF content decreased (P 〈 0. 05 ). And each hour group' s G-CSF, EPO content varying rised. Compare the hoar group, the 9 p.m. to 11 p. m group' s G-CSF increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : FXKAF may improve the mice' s bone marrow suppression after the chemotherapy. Take FXKAF at different time may have different effects on the bone marrow recovery, the 9 p.m. to 11 p. m group have the most obvious effect on bone marrow suppression therapy.
