膏肓俞穴“补虚”与“泻实”双重功效探赜

摘　　要：探讨膏肓俞穴"补虚"、"泻实"双重性在临证中的应用。膏肓俞穴的刺激方式主要有灸、刺2种,"重灸"膏肓俞穴可扶元增损、益肺止咳、补火驱寒,主要用于虚损劳伤、慢性咳喘、风湿痹痛等慢性虚证。"挑刺"膏肓俞穴可苏厥救逆、开郁达邪、泻热消肿,主要用于昏厥休克、绞肠痧症、急性乳痈等急性实证。膏肓俞穴具有"补虚"和"泻实"双重性,临证中应辨明疾病虚实,取穴精准,选择相应的施术方式,即可"膏肓俞穴,无所不治"。To discuss the duality of ＂reinforce deficiency＂ and ＂reduce excess＂ of Gaohuangshu （BL43） in the clinical application. There are two ways of stimulating this point： moxibusfion and acupuncture. The ＂double moxibustion＂ of Gaohuangshu（ BL43 ） can support primary qi and increase the loss, replenish lung qi and relieve cough, supply fire and expel cold which is mainly used in the chronic deficiency syndromes of deficiency and overexertion injury, chronic cough and asthma, rheumatism arthralgia pain, etc. While the ＂prick＂ of Gaohuangshu （ BL43 ） can survive from syncope and revive for resuscitation, resolve the stagnation and expell pathogenic factors, reduce the heat and detumescence which has the mainly usage in acute excess syndromes of syncope shock, dry cholera, acute mastitis, etc. Gaohuangshu（ BIA3 ） has the duality of ＂reinforce deficiency＂ and ＂reduce excess＂. In the clinical application only clear distinguishment of the deficiency and excess of disease, precise points locating, and corresponding operation methods can we realize any suffering ean be cured by Gaohuangshu（ BL 43 ）.
