摘　　要：目的:探讨TAP是否可作为分子水平上判断常见慢性萎缩性胃炎恶性倾向程度的独立指标,从而在临床工作上起到较明确的指导作用。方法:40例慢性萎缩性胃炎,40例胃窦腺癌,40例浅表性胃炎患者,应用双盲法检测末梢血TAP。结果:慢性萎缩性胃炎组、胃窦腺癌组阳性率明显高于浅表性胃炎组。结论:TAP检测可用于判断胃窦腺癌及慢性萎缩性胃炎恶性倾向程度的早期实验室诊断,特别适用于健康人和高危人群肿瘤普查。Objective：Judgment about whether or not the TAP can be used as the molecular level in chronic atrophic gastritis common malignant tendency degree of independent index , which has a definite guidance function in clinical work .Methods：40 cases of chronic a-trophic gastritis , 40 cases with distal gastric adenocarcinoma , 40 cases of superficial gastritis patients , TAP application double -blind method to detect peripheral blood .Rusults：Chronic atrophic gastritis group , the positive rate of distal gastric adenocarcinoma group was obviously higher than that of superficial gastritis group .Conclusion：TAP detection can be used to determine gastric antrum carcinoma and chronic atrophic gastritis malignant tendency degree of early laboratory diagnosis , especially suitable for the health of people and high-risk groups tumor census .
