摘　　要：高校突发事件对学校正常的教学、学习生活冲击很大,控制不好还会蔓延到社会,影响社会的稳定。高校突发事件处置的关键是必须反应迅速、及时稳定和控制事态,立即查明原因,采取果断有效措施进行处置,防止损失扩大和事态升级。以高校为中心,以教育主管部门和属地政府为主导,以当前高校现有应急处置机制为依托,建立社区和各相关专业机构及有关方面积极参与的多元化的高校突发事件应急处置"大社区"机制,是目前处置高校突发事件应有的发展趋势,也是经济、实用的好方法。The emergencies in universities exert tremendous impact on normal teaching and learning,which would extend to society and affect its stability if they were not well controlled.The keys to university emergency disposition include： to have a swift response,promptly stabilize and control the emergency,quickly identify the cause,and take decisive and effective measures to avoid loss＇s increasing and the situation＇s worsening.Centered on a university,led by responsible educational institution and local government,depending on current emergency disposition system in universities,a wide range of large community system of emergency disposition in university can be established,participated by the community and responsible institutions.This is a trend to deal with university emergencies,and is also a good,economical and practical means.
